Charity Collections
At St Anthony's we encourage our pupils to think of and care for others. Each week we collect money to donate to a range of charities, both local and national.
We support the work of CAFOD
As a school we are committed to supporting the important and life changing work of CAFOD. We particularly support their Harvest and Lent Appeals.
Mission Together
"Mission Together" help children all over the world by fighting disease, poverty and exploitation. During Advent we give all our charity collections to this mission.
Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support is the largest cancer care and support charity in the UK. We support their "World's Largest Coffee Morning" event by holding our own Coffee and Cake Fundraising afternoon in school.
Emergency Relief
When major disasters strike across the world the St Anthony's Community responds to help those struggling to rebuild their lives and homes.
Children in Need
This year everyone dressed as a hero and we raised £250; for "Children in Need" from donations and our cake sale. Thank you all for your support.
Poppy Appeal
As well as selling poppies in school on behalf of the Poppy Appeal, we are pleased to support the work of the local branch of the Royal British Legion.
Harvest at St Anthony's
Every year our Harvest collection is shared between the Forest of Dean Food Bank and another local charity.
